EVENT AND REFUND POLICY
Partea Fee Structure:
At Partea we believe in no hidden fees for attendees. We charge the full ticket price, inclusive of local taxes and fees to consumers, upfront. It is free to create an account on our site and to host events. There are no fees charged for free events. Partea remits the event costs to organizers within two business days from ticket purchases by customers if paid by Zelle, or by the event date if paid by ACH. We strongly recommend that our event organizers use Zelle if possible.
Partea collects and remits sales tax if required. The team at Partea calculates and adds sales tax where applicable based on location.
https://www.accuratetax.com/sales-tax-calculator/Additionally, Partea takes a nominal fee that covers payment processing and site management. The fee is $1.80 + 5.4% per ticket of before-tax sales. Our fees are lower than our competitors. Partea calculates and adds our fee, in addition to sales tax.
